This first call is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, yes - but more importantly it is an opportunity for us to get really clear on what your goals are, where your resistance lies, and what support you need to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you most desire to be in the near future. Together, we CAN make your healing, health, wellness, dreams and biggest goals come to LIFE!

This is a one-hour session that will be held via zoom so please make sure you have a private space so that you can speak freely as well as a pen and paper.
